Ball screw repairing / reconditioning
We repair and recondition the process of
restoring the worn or damaged ball screw and assemble it to its original working condition, rather than replacing it with the one. Our service involves several key steps – such as inspection and dissemination, cleaning of all parts, regrind and polish, replace the ball bearings with new ones, lubricate and reassemble and at the end test the ball screws for accuracy and smooth movement.
Ball screw customization
This is the process of designing and manufacturing ball
screws tailored specifically to meet the unique requirements of an application. This
involves modifying the dimensions, materials, thread pitch, lead, and end machining to
fit precise needs. Custom ball screws can include specially designed ball nuts that
enhance load capacity and efficiency, specific coatings for durability, or unique end
configurations to fit particular machines or supports.
Ball screw machining
Ball screw machining is the process of making ball screws,
which are special parts that help turn round motion into straight, smooth movement
with very little friction. First, good quality metal like steel is chosen, often in the form of
a wire or a solid bar. Then, the threads (spiral grooves) are made on the metal rod by
either pressing the metal into shape (rolling) or cutting it carefully (grinding). These
threads help the ball screw work smoothly and accurately in machines
